Not an identity-verification product
DocsRouter does not currently claim ISO 27001 certification, sub-200 ms processing, zero-retention mode, sensitive-field redaction, face cropping, liveness checks, or identity verification.
OCR can extract text that may help populate a KYC review, but it cannot establish that a document is authentic or belongs to the person presenting it.
If you evaluate DocsRouter for identity documents:
- Confirm that your legal, security, retention, and provider requirements permit the processing.
- Test supported models against appropriately handled sample documents.
- Validate formats, checksums, expiration dates, and field consistency in your application.
- Use separate specialist services for authenticity, face match, and liveness.
- Keep a human-review path for exceptions and consequential decisions.
The current API extracts document content only. It does not make KYC or AML decisions.
